If a full-priced item delivered to you is the wrong size, you may exchange it for a different size of the same item.
Please note that in order for the exchange to be accepted, all tags must remain firmly attached to item/s and must meet our return conditions. The condition of the item must be in brand new condition, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of purchase, Paradise Fashion Design will not accept the exchange or refund of any item that is considered used, damaged worn, washed, used, soiled and not a resellable condition. Due to fast turnover of our styles, we will not accept any returns outside of this time frame.
If the item is sold out and an exchange cannot be processed you will then receive via email an on-line store credit to be spent within 12 months of the issue date.
Paradise Fashion Design does not exchange for change of mind or incorrect choice based on style or fabric used in garments, how the fabric looked on screen, how you thought it would look or any issue related to screen lighting or otherwise. If you are unsure about a specific item we welcome you to contact us via our contact us page and ask questions about a specific item/s prior to making your purchase.
Please note All postage and handling charges incurred for an exchange or refund is the responsibility of the purchaser. Your original item must be returned back to us before your exchange item is sent out for you. Please note all "SALE" purchases are final and we do not exchange or refund any sale items.

Sale items including items purchased with discount codes
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS:
We offer a full refund of the purchase price on faulty item/s in the event this should ever happen.However, goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure a minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item you need to contact Paradise Fashion Design within 7 days of purchase date to be eligible for an exchange we will not accept any returns outside of this time frame, Refunds will only be made on damaged or faulty goods subject to Store Manager’s approval.

- The item(s) must be in resellable condition, original packaging, tags still firmly attached, item(s)must not have been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer
We will email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be processed, you will receive your money back from the original method of payment, within approximately (3-5 days ) except that of shipping.

You are confirming you understand this item has not been released yet an approximate date of shipment is stated in the description, which can vary due to an unforeseen delay in shipment customer/s will be notified of delays as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
